Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know about insurance, appointments and what to expect.
Getting Started
How quickly will I be able to see a clinician?
We make every effort to schedule appointments as quickly as possible. In many cases, new patient appointments are available within 1–2 weeks, although availability may vary.
If you are seeking TMS, Spravato®, or addiction treatment, our team can discuss current scheduling options when you contact the office.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive evaluation designed to review your symptoms, treatment history, medical background, and goals for care.
We will discuss findings, review treatment options, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Will I receive a prescription at my first appointment?
Not necessarily. The primary goal of the initial appointment is a comprehensive evaluation.
If medication is appropriate, we will review risks, benefits, and alternatives before developing a treatment plan together.
