  • What insurance networks do you accept?

    Some clinicians at Wave Treatment Centers are an in-network for Medicare. If you have a PPO-type insurance plan, we may be able to assist you with coverage options. Unfortunately, we do not accept any HMOs or Medicaid at this time.

  • Do I need to wear a mask to my appointment? What if I don’t have one?

    For the health and safety of our patients and staff, we follow all current CDC guidelines. Masks will be provided when appropriate for those who do not have one.

  • What is the appointment cancellation policy?

     Appointments must be canceled by phone call 72 hours in advance, or you will be responsible for the entire fee. Text and email cancellations are not accepted.

  • How quickly will I be able to see a clinician?

    We make every effort to schedule your appointment as quickly as possible based on your specific needs.

    Yes, all care, including virtual telehealth treatment, is secure and HIPAA compliant.
