Lisa has a degree in Medical Assisting and an Associates Degree in Administration, Medical Coding and Billing and Clinical.  She is also a Certified Recovery Specialist. You will get to know Lisa well as she is the friendly voice that answers the phone or greets you in the office. But what you will soon learn is how critical she is to the delivery of your healthcare needs. She is incredibly competent and prides herself on being a patient advocate; she will fight for you with the insurance companies to get approvals in record time. She complements our treatment philosophy and is an essential part of the care team. She is courteous and respectful and I expect she is given the same in return. Lisa makes every effort to return phone calls in a timely manner and is just an all-around good person.
